We are actively seeking several experienced Project Management/Construction Management Specialists (PM/CM) to join our team and work on transformative infrastructure projects in the Pacific Northwest. These include rail, DOT, wastewater, aviation, and other critical infrastructure initiatives.

 

These roles are essential for ensuring successful project delivery—on budget, on schedule, and in compliance with quality, safety, and contractual requirements.

 

What We’re Looking For

Ideal candidates must have a proven track record in infrastructure projects and a deep understanding of alternative contract delivery models, particularly the Progressive Design-Build (PDB) method.

Preferred Qualifications

​

Professional Certifications:

• PMP (Project Management Professional)

• CCM (Certified Construction Manager)

• PE (Professional Engineer)

• AIA (Architect Certification by the American Institute of Architects) or equivalent architectural certification.

• Experience with Public Agencies: Knowledge of working with WSDOT, Sound Transit, King County, SDOT, Port of Seattle, or similar organizations. Additional Assets: Familiarity with FTA requirements, environmental permitting processes, and related standards.​
