Federal Way Link Extension (FWLE)

The FWLE is delivered as part of a larger Sound Transit multimodal infrastructure scheme. It represents a significant investment in Seattle’s public transportation infrastructure, aiming to expand the light rail network and improve accessibility for the region’s residents. The project includes a 7.8-mile extension of the light rail system south of the Sea Tac Airport to Federal Way in Washington state. This incorporates the construction of three new stations and garages to cater for up to 3,200 spaces daily and new track on both elevated and grade level track.
Eglinton Crosstown LRT

The Eglinton Crosstown LRT includes a 19.7 km light rail line that is both underground and at grade, with 15 underground stations, including three interchange stations, 10 at-grade stops, and a 24,886 m² Maintenance & Servicing Facility (MSF). The new line interfaces with GO Transit commuter lines, the UP Express, and TTC lines, connecting with 54 bus routes and four subway lines at three interchange stations
Link Operations & Maintenance Facility South (OMFS)

Capital Cost: $2 Billion
The new Operations and Maintenance Facility (OMF) will accommodate and service an expanding train fleet. This facility will be crucial in supporting future light rail extensions to Tacoma, West Seattle, and the entire region. It will operate 24/7, 365 days a year, providing essential cleaning and repair services for light rail trains. The construction of this facility requires approximately 60-70 acres, located near an active Link line. This facility will create high-skilled, living-wage jobs for more than 610 people in South King County and ensure thousands of passengers ride clean, well-maintained trains.
Cedar Hills Regional Landfill

Comprehensive construction management services for various ongoing work orders during both the design and implementation phases. Projects covered under these work orders involve landfill closure, landfill area development, and facility demolition, facility relocation, leachate lagoon construction, final filling and closure, header replacement, and the installation of dual phase wells and associated infrastructure.
New Village at Deer Valley Mountain Resort

Deer Valley will add over 3,700 acres of new ski terrain, encompassing 16 new chairlifts, including a 10-passenger gondola, and provide ski access across 4 new peaks, seamlessly connecting the existing terrain and the new Deer Valley terrain. The village expansion will feature over 800 hotel rooms, nearly 1,700 residential units, 250,000 square feet of retail and commercial space, and 68,000 square feet for recreation.
Confederation Line Stage 1
Ottawa, ON, Canada

This project developed a 12.5 km LRT line, with 10 km at-grade and 2.5 km of tunnel, through Ottawa’s downtown core and under the Rideau Canal, a UNESCO World Heritage site. It included 13 stations (10 at-grade, 3 underground) with an 11,000 m2 maintenance servicing facility
Millennium Line Rapid Transit

A 10-mile elevated light rail segment in Vancouver and Burnaby, utilizing advanced fast-track pre-casting and erection techniques. This C$208 million project was delivered under a bespoke contract, ensuring efficient and timely completion
Lower Mattagami River Hydro
Northern Ontario, Canada

Capital Cost: $1.7 Billion
Northern Ontario's largest hydroelectric project in 50 years. This project increased Ontario’s energy generation capacity by over 440 megawatts, by updating three generating stations and completely replacing a fourth on the Lower Mattagami River—all while maintaining in operation.
Pharmaceutical Factory, Laboratories and Offices

A $130M Design and Build complex that focused on new technology encapsulation facility. A bespoke form of contract that involved the management of changes, applications for payment and management of 60 plus subcontractors.
